30 Day Squat Challenge

Hopefully you all are enjoying the raw, vegan, desserts I've shared!  For me it's all about balance so while the desserts are great here is a great workout to balance out those treats.  The 30 day squat challenge is a fun way to get some fitness in and really build up strength in your legs and booty!  You don't have to do them all at once, just complete the required amount that day.  Also, for those who don't do squats often remember, feet shoulder width apart, weight in your heels and your knees should never go over your toes.  Get your friends and family involved!  It's an awesome way to change up your workout.  Have fun and good luck!
